Board and AGM minutes, annual accounts, the articles of association and the trust’s policies are all published here. Members are welcome at board meetings – see About for how the trust is run.

TO CONFIRM: The strategic plan is titled 2023-28 but the file is named April 2025, and the About page on the old site links a different February 2024 strategy document. Confirm which document is current. The environmental policy dates from March 2019 and may be due for review.
Annual accounts
TO CONFIRM: Nothing is published for the year ending March 2026. The 2024 link is to a file named “MICT Annual Report 2023-24”, so it may be the annual report rather than the signed accounts. If MICT publishes an annual report as well as accounts, both should be listed separately – the impact figures for the new front page come from that report.
AGM minutes
TO CONFIRM: No AGM minutes for 2025 are published.
Board minutes
During 2023 board meetings were held quarterly, and every two months after that.

TO CONFIRM: The list is incomplete and out of date. Only one 2026 meeting is published, in April, and meetings are held every two months. October 2025 minutes are the last of that year. No 2025 December minutes appear, and there is nothing before January 2023. Confirm whether earlier minutes should be published, and set someone the job of adding new minutes after each meeting.
Community development plans
TO CONFIRM: These plans are between nine and fifteen years old. They may sit better with the relevant project pages, or with a community planning page, than under governance.
Project reports and consultation
The visitor management infrastructure feasibility study was commissioned in March 2012 to assess whether visitor infrastructure in Mull and Iona could be improved, both for the visitor experience and to manage visitors better. It covered the market and core audiences, current facilities and the issues and opportunities, interpretive significance and key messages, costed recommendations, and a three year action plan. The final report was intended to support funding applications for the highest priority items, particularly congestion at passing places.

TO CONFIRM: The stage one report sits in an old /rangerservice/ folder that may not survive the rebuild. The study is from 2012 – confirm whether it should still be published, and whether its action plan has been delivered.
AMAZE project tender documents
TO CONFIRM: These were published for a 2022 contract tender that has long closed. They probably should not carry over. Confirm with MICT before dropping them.
