Two three-bedroom houses for affordable long-term rent, 1 and 2 Sealladh Loch Tuath, built next to Ulva Primary School and opened in November 2017. They were the first affordable rental homes built in the area for decades, and they are let to local families under a locally agreed allocation policy. The houses are occupied and are not available to view.
More on how they were built is on Ulva Ferry housing, Phase 1.
TO CONFIRM: Latitude and longitude are needed for the map pin. The old site carries no coordinates, so none have been guessed here.
TO CONFIRM: Should occupied homes appear as pins on a public map? Tenants live here. The Steering Group needs to decide whether housing pins are shown at street level, at village level, or not at all.
